Enrolment Timeline and Fees 

  • Admissions Open Year-Round: Enrolments are subject to availability, with priority given to siblings. The academic year begins in August. 
  • Fees and Discounts We publish transparent fee schedules, including KHDA-approved tuition rates and transport options. Sibling discounts and flexible payment plans are available. Registration, tuition, and extras are payable according to KHDA guidelines.

The bus transport system ensures safe and timely transportation for students to and from school. The current transport network covers almost all key locations across Dubai. The transport team maintains punctuality, and drivers adhere to safety protocols. The service is very reliable, and regular vehicle checks ensure safety during travel.  

  • Ensuring Timely and Safe Transportation: Reliable and safe transportation allows students to arrive at school on time and without stress, which sets a positive tone for the school day. Students are also able to attend extracurricular activities and field trips, enriching their learning experiences.

Terms and Conditions

  • Transport fee is charged for ten months in an academic year, divided in three terms. Full payment for each term should be done irrespective of the number of working days.

  • If the transport fee is not paid on the due date service will not be available from the next day.
  • 'one Way' transport will be available for the drop off only (end of school day) and subject to seat availability in respective route/bus. 'One Way' transport will be non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
  • Transport use can be discontinued only at the end of a term. no refund shall be made for the unused portion of the term, in case of withdrawal from transport service.
  • Students who fail to behave in an acceptable manner, follow the instructions of the bus attendant and/or driver or to adhere to basic safety practices (wearing seatbelt, remaining seated, not interfering with windows/doors etc.) transport service provider will have their right to stop the bus service for the student either temporarily or permanently without refund.

 A non-refundable registration fee is required to begin the enrolment process. Our team guides families through submitting essential documents, including birth certificates, passport copies, previous school reports, and immunisation records.

  • FS1/Pre-KG – Year 6/Grade 5: Observation Assessment (Interaction or School Reports)
  • Year 7/Grade 6 – Year 11/Grade 10: Submission of School Reports & CAT4
  • Year 12/Grade 11 – Year 13/Grade 12: Submission of School Reports & CAT4 and meeting with the MYP/IB Coordinator or Principal

Upon successful application and assessment, an offer will be made. Prospective families have seven days to accept the offer. To accept, please return the documents requested in your Offer Letter and make the payment as indicated to complete the admissions process.

School Tour

Starting a new school is a big step, and getting a glimpse of it beforehand can ease any uncertainty for both students and parents. We offer school tours throughout the year, and encourage all prospective families to take one as part of the Application Process outlined above.

Online tours are available, as we understand some families will be unable to attend in person. In-person school tours can be made throughout the year on Monday to Friday at 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

FAQs

What are the age requirements for students enrolling in FS1/Pre-KG?

According to the UAE Ministry of Education Resolution no (24), Children must be 3 years old on or before 31 December when enrolling in FS1 or Pre-KG in schools starting in September of that year.

What academic records are required for admission?

Applicants for Year 3 / Grade 2 and above must provide proof of previous schooling. Certificates from outside the UAE must be presented in English or Arabic. If issued in another language, they must be legally translated and authenticated before submission.

 

What is the language of instruction?

We offer international curricula taught in English.

Does the school provide English language support for international students?
